| 摘 要： | 1957-1966年,美国艾森豪威尔、肯尼迪、约翰逊三届政府对撒哈拉以南非洲第一个独立的国家加纳采取了一系列政策。这些政策在本质上是相同的,都是对美国的遏制政策的继承和发展。冷战背景下美国对加纳的政策遏制了苏联的影响在加纳以及非洲的扩展,维护了美国的利益。
