| 摘 要： | 美洲体系观念在美国独立前后生成,经门罗主义的出台以及门罗之后历届当政者的重申发展,成为美国政治观念中一个重要的观念。美洲体系观念以及美国文化中的“理想主义”和“天定命运”观念为美国向美洲扩张提供了理论支撑和国内舆论支持。以日渐上升的国力为后盾,经过一系列扩张活动,19世纪末20世纪初,美洲体系最终确立。美洲体系得以确立一定程度上是当时国际环境的产物,它确立后又对国际格局产生了重大影响。从此,美国开始以美洲为根据地,走向世界。

| Abstract: | The idea of U.S.-centered American system originated in the years around the American Revolution and developed through the practice of Monroe Doctrine,then became one important political idea of the U.S.This idea and the opinion of "Idealism" and "Manifest Destiny" of America culture supplied the support and domestic public opinion.Based on the increasing national power,by doing many expansion acts,finally U.S.-centered American system took its complete shape around the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th.That it had been established was the result of the environment to some extent.After its emergence,it had an important influence on international relations. Then,America started to walk to the world based on it. |
