| 摘 要： | 跆拳道具有一定的健身价值和实用性,是当代女大学生对体育需求的一种新倾向,通过问卷调查法和数理统计法对唐山市高校部分女大学生进行了调查研究,结果表明高校开设女子跆拳道选修课颇受女生喜爱.在普通高校开设女子跆拳道选修课不仅可以丰富学生的体育课内容,增加体育知识,而且可以调动学生参加体育锻炼的积极性,提高学生身体素质.

| Abstract: | The tae kwon do has certain functions of building up bodies and self-protection,so it is a new trend for contemporary college girls to run after.After making investigations to some college girls of Tangshan through the investigation method of the questionnaire and statistic law of mathematics and physics,the result indicates that elective course of the women's tae kwon do is popular with the girls.Practical exploration indicates that if the college offers elective course of the women's tae kwon do,it can not merely enrich and improve the physical education content in Tangshan and increase sports knowledge,but also arouse the enthusiasm that students participated in physical training. |
