| 摘 要： | 在通识教育的大背景下,本科生导师制成为西藏大学教学改革的重要组成部分,也是学校通识教育实践的重要载体.本文介绍了通识教育背景下西藏大学本科生导师制试点课程《古典文明与现代社会》的实践、反思与创新,并对本科生“导师”的选拔与培养、管理与评价等进行了积极探索.

| Abstract: | In the context of general education, undergraduate tutorial system becomes an important part of university teaching reform in Tibet, and also an important carrier of the practice of general educa- tion of universities. This article describes the practice, reflection and innovation of undergraduate tutori- al system pilot course ＂classical civilization and modern society＇and make positive exploration about the selection and development, management and evaluation of tutors . |
