| 摘 要： | 1898年农历四月光绪帝下达《定国是诏》开启百日维新,三个月后,甘肃民间出现了第一份近代报刊《群报辑要》;该报以维新变法为主要内容,属文摘性质,从内容选择和自身传播特点能看出维新思想在西北的传播虽呈现出碎片化特征,但仍能重点突出,并运用比较全面和相对进步的新式媒体要素进行传播。

| Abstract: | The first unofficial modem press Qun Bao Ji Yao came out three months after Emperor Guangxu issuedEdict for Setting National Affairs.In view of the content selection and the transmission characteristics,it highlighted the emphasis and spread of more comprehensive and progressive new media elements in spite of its fragmentation features. |
