| 摘 要： | 本文通过对公共图书馆本质和功能的分析,说明了公共图书馆在构建社会公共文化服务体系中的重要性。指出图书馆可以通过改进自身服务方式以及实现与其他的文化团体合作两个途径来对原有的公益服务体系进行延伸,提高自身的服务水平,成为构建社会公共文化服务体系的重要力量。
