| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了数字参考服务与传统参考服务在工作层面上的不同,分析了我国现阶段参考服务政策的一些实例,指出在目前我国参考服务政策中,缺乏对数字参考服务的规范。在分析基础上,本文设计了数字参考服务政策的内容框架。
