图书馆从业人员素质模型研究

摘    要:随着社会的发展,人力资源的重要性日益彰显,已经成为组织的核心资源。对于图书馆来说,图书馆服务的广度与深度直接地取决于对人力资源的运作和投资。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上初步探讨如何建构适合我国国情的图书馆从业人员的素质模型。

Abstract:With the development of the society, human resource is becoming increasingly important, and has become core resource of organizations. For library, the importance of human resource the asset is more self-evident. The library service breadth and the depth are decided directly by to the human resources operation and the investment. The article discusses how to form a quality mode for library that fits Chinese situation on the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign researches.
