| 摘 要： | "21世纪新图书馆运动"是随着新世纪以人为本、信息自由、民主权利等提出而开展的一场关于"图书馆精神和图书馆权利"的讨论。文章从21世纪新图书馆运动的时间界定、背景、进展和内容四个方面系统总结了我国21世纪初以来开展的新图书馆运动。
