| 摘 要： | 论文通过对高校图书馆领导信息的网络调查与分析,了解我国高校图书馆领导的信息公布情况,并从领导所属行政区域、职称、组织结构等方面进行分析比较,总结目前高校图书馆领导信息公布存在的问题,提出几点建议,为完善高校图书馆领导信息公布提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper obtains some information about university library leaders in China though the websites of these university libraries.Then,analyzing the leaders′ information from the view points of structures,title and degree,age and tenure,election models,as well as,comparing with some American university libraries in certain aspects.At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions to serve as references for perfecting the publication of leaders′ information in the websites of university libraries. |
