| 摘 要： | 文章通过对长江三角洲区域内省级公共图书馆的特色文化资源数字化建设与服务情况进行调研分析,总结出该区域公共图书馆建设特色馆藏资源的特点与问题。在对公共图书馆特色文化资源数字化建设与服务的评价因素进行分析的基础上,构建一个公共图书馆特色资源数字化建设评估体系框架,包括四个一级指标、十五个二级指标以及若干个三级指标和四级指标,为公共图书馆特色文化资源数字化建设的评估工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the digital construction and user services of special collection in provincial libraries in the Yangtze River Delta,summarizes the characteristics and problems of the construction of special collection resources in public libraries in this region.Based on the analysis of the evaluation factors of the digital construction and services of public libraries’characteristic cultural resources,a framework of the evaluation system of the digital construction of the Special collection of public libraries is constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and several third-class indicators and four-class indicators,which can provide guidance for the evaluation of the digital construction of characteristic cultural resources in public libraries. |
