| 摘 要： | 基于新升本科院校图书馆的发展环境分析,提出进行特色馆藏建设是破解发展瓶颈的突破口。探讨特色馆藏的确立原则,认为湖南一师图书馆应将毛泽东研究文献和小学教育研究文献两个专题作为特色馆藏进行重点建设,并提出了这两个专题特色馆藏的建设内容和藏书等级结构。
