| Abstract: | This article has analyzed the present situation and the reason which the young people become addicted to the Internet, and had expounded the children library as the social educational organization should conduct the moral education to help the young people to give up addiction of using the Internet. The library should fully display the function of the intemet resources and the information, and guide the young people to use the Internet correctly. |
