| 摘 要： | 知识贫困是社会个体自身知识存量不足而导致的发现、获取、交流、利用知识能力的匮乏。通过本文提出的知识贫困衡量方法,可以了解社会个体和国家、地区人口的知识贫困状况。我国人口的知识贫困现象还很严重。知识贫困对弱势群体的影响至深,它不仅是生成弱势群体的深层原因,也是弱势群体难以摆脱其弱势地位的巨大障碍。

| Abstract: | Knowledge poverty is the ability lacks in finding, aquiring, communicating and using knowledge because of insufficient knowledge storage. In this paper ,the author proposes the evaluation criterion for knowledge poverty in order to understand the knowledge poverty situation of individual and country, local population. In China, knowledge poverty condition is serious and its effect on vulnerable group is profound for knowledge poverty is not only the inner reason of forming vulnerable group, but also the huge barrier to get rid of vulnerable status. |
