| 摘 要： | 现阶段乡村文化振兴面临着主体缺失、载体缺失、内生动力缺失的困境,这决定了乡村文化振兴进程中外部资源的流入与外界刺激不可或缺,但是农村公共文化服务的现实定位却与乡村文化振兴的真实需求存在偏差,突出表现为“保基本”与“求进取”、“文化外引”与“文化内植”、需求“多样性”与供给模式“格式化”、追求“显绩”与重在“潜绩”四组矛盾。因此,可从振兴乡土文化,培育内生动力,坚持整体性治理,优化公共服务购买对象与内容选择四个方面做出调整。

| Abstract: | At present,the revitalization of rural culture is faced with the dilemma of lack of subject,carrier and endogenous power.This determines that the inflow of external resources and external stimulation are indispensable in the process of rural cultural revitalization.However,there is still a deviation between the actual positioning of rural public cultural services and the real demand for the revitalization of rural culture.It is embodied in four groups of contradictions:maintaining basic and forging ahead,cultural introduction and cultural cultivation,standardization and diversity,and pursuit of performance and emphasis on potential performance.Therefore,we should make adjustments from four aspects:revitalize local culture,cultivate endogenous power,adhere to holistic governance,and optimize the choice of public service purchase object and content. |
