| 摘 要： | 文章通过归纳总结我国总分馆制背景下发展较好的嘉兴图书馆、苏州图书馆和杭州图书馆在文献流通过程中对文献资产权这一问题的解决方案,从总分馆模式、分级财政体制下的资金支持体系等几个方面分析形成方案的成因,并对三所公共图书馆文献资产权的解决方案进行了比较。
