| 摘 要： | 文章先将古代藏书楼、传统图书馆的发展状况和传统图书馆在科学发展观指引下的成功转型进行了比较,从而阐明了科学发展观是立足当代的最先进的发展观。进而从以人为本,是图书馆一体化的核心、全面、协调发展,是对图书馆一体化的基本要求和可持续发展,决定了图书馆与环境一体化等三个方面,论证了科学发展观是推动图书馆一体化的强大思想武器。只有坚持科学发展观,图书馆才能够永远充满活力,永远持续发展。
