| Abstract: | Kaifu district of Shenzhen city has constucted the library district for three years. The principle , pattern and mechanism of library management are renewed. New ways of the grass - roots net construction, document resources construction and service innovation have been initially explored in order to establish the good foundation of the library district construction of the higher layer in the future. |
