| 摘 要： | 运行机制决定着组织的管理功效，进而影响组织的绩效与成败。图书馆联盟作为新型的组织运作模式，改变了传统图书馆的界限和形式。图书馆联盟由于其独特的内涵，决定其运作机制有别于传统图书馆。而要确保其有效的运行，图书馆联盟成员各方应遵循科学、合理的目标机制、决策机制、信任机制、协调机制、激励机制、约束机制、分配机制、学习机制及联盟文化等相应的运行机制。以达到提高联盟的运行效率，增强自身竞争力的目的。
