| 摘 要： | 对《深圳经济特区公共图书馆条例(试行)》中有关文献资源建设的条款进行分析,总结出一系列的相关指标,针对深圳市公共图书馆文献资源建设法制环境进行调查,分析公共图书馆在文献资源建设方面的措施以及执行情况。指出深圳市区级公共图书馆在实施文献资源建设相关条例存在的问题,以及立法的不足,并针对问题提出解决的建议和措施。
