| 摘 要： | 本文以国外图书馆协会所制定的服务制度为对象,从服务制度的四大要素,理念、规则范畴、服务对象、载体形式进行分析。研究发现国外图书馆协会的制度有以下特点:制度体系化、规范化;强调社会服务功能;实现服务理念和服务方法的广泛传递;重视职业自律和职业准入制度等。我国可借鉴其服务制度建设思想和模式。
