| 摘 要： | 全国文化信息资源共享工程是我国公共文化服务的重点工程,是公共文化服务体系建设的一个新载体,对于提高农村地区人口素质,缩小城乡差距,逐步消除数字鸿沟,满足基层群众的文化需求,提高农村公共文化服务体系建设具有重要意义。甘肃省由于受现实条件限制,文化共享工程基层服务点建设还未充分落实。本文引入项目管理的理念和方法,以期创新管理体制,探寻科学有效的发展路径,推进基层文化共享工程建设,构建农村公共文化服务体系。

| Abstract: | National Project for the sharing of cultural information and resources is the major one of the public cultural services.It is a new way of public cultural services system,by which the population quality will improve,the gap between urban and rural areas narrow,also the people culture need satisfy.It had a special significance to construct public cultural services system in rural areas.Because of the backward process of the social-economy of Gansu,service points not completely practice.So,in this paper the ideas and the methods of project management are introduced,in order to innovative management system,and find feasible ways for its development,in this way,the public cultural service system in the countryside will be constructing. |
