| 摘 要： | 高等院校图书馆由服务型向研究型过渡,有其必要性和时代意义。高等院校研究型图书馆的特色能力体现在知识组织管理、研究团队建立和用户参与研究三方面。实现研究型职能,高校图书馆需要从服务对象范围、资源信息化建设以及研究型馆员队伍三方面增强核心竞争力,真正实现研究型转变。

| Abstract: | The transition of academic libraries from service-type to research-type has the necessary and the times significance. The characteristic capacity of research-type library of colleges and universities embodies three aspects of the knowledge organization and management ,establishment of the research team and users participated in the study. Academic libraries need to enhance the core competitive force in order to achieve the functions of research-type and the change of research-type. |
