| 摘 要： | 在强调以人为本、服务创新的今天,开展图书馆员职业生涯开发与管理,能够有效地改变图书馆的管理理念,真正树立以人为本的思想,进一步开发现代图书馆的人力资源,提高图书馆的整体效能。本文从个人和组织两个方面分析了图书馆员自我职业生涯开发管理和作为组织的图书馆职业开发管理的内容、意义以及实施过程。
