| Abstract: | There are many questions existing in public libraries in our country, such as low people - cover rate, scanty literature resource, laggard service concept, and inadequate humanistic care. The paper discusses present situation of public library, and puts forward that the precondition of creating a reading society is to change drastically present situation of public libraries. |
