| 摘 要： | 智慧馆员的能力水平是影响智慧图书馆建设、服务与发展的关键因素。在系统梳理智慧图书馆服务定位、智慧馆员内涵及特征的基础上,重点分析了智慧馆员的能力构成。针对智慧图书馆设计、建设与服务等不同环节,从明确发展定位、给予发展空间、建立管理制度、参与院系教学、加快科研协作环境建设等角度提出针对智慧馆员能力的培养策略,为智慧馆员队伍建设提供参考依据。参考文献39。

| Abstract: | The level of competence about smart librarians is a key factor that affecting the construction,service and development of smart libraries.On the basis of systematically sorting out the location of smart library services and the connotation and characteristics of smart librarians,the paper analyzes the ability composition of smart librarians.In view of the different processes of smart library design,construction and service,the paper proposes targeted training strategies for smart librarians from the perspective of clear development orientation,giving development space,establishment of management system,participation in departmental teaching,and acceleration in scientific research collaborative environment construction,and provides references for the construction of the smart librarian team.39 refs. |
