| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的文献资源服务逐渐以提供电子信息资源为主,用户违规使用导致图书馆版权侵权风险增加。很多高校发布了电子资源使用的版权公告,规范用户的使用行为。从法律视角分析,用户过量下载构成法律上的侵权行为,学校并不能通过发布版权公告来免除由此产生的侵权责任,而需要进一步加强版权保护的管理与宣传。

| Abstract: | In most university libraries,the literature resource services have been based on the electronic information resources.Irregularities of users lead to an increased risk of copyright infringement.Many universities published the copyright notice to regulate the using of the electronic resources.Excessive downloading has constituted the infringement in legal.The universities could not avoid the resulting copyright infringement through the copyright notice,but should strengthen further the management and promotion of copyright protection. |
