| Abstract: | The paper introduces and analyzes ISO11620 "Information and documentation:Library performance indicators" and "evaluation standards for provincial public library",and compares the indicators of ISO11620 with indicators of "evaluation standards for provincial public library" which refer to resources and service to users,summarizes up what in ISO11620 is worth learning and referring when we design evaluation indicators for public library services. |
