| Abstract: | The paper mainly introduced four developing characteristics of overseas ILS:the coming and following effects of open source system;the mergers of the companies and the acquisition by private equity;the dramatic competition of Non-ILS,which will decide who is the giant;a large amount of migrations.All the above factors combined set the stage for the future industry.The paper introduced the sales of ILS and Non-ILS products in China,and pointed out the corresponding situations of Chinese ILS. |
