| 摘 要： | 社交网络服务是图书馆在数字网络环境下的一种新服务形式。本文介绍了清华大学图书馆在融合图书馆服务和社交网络方面进行的具体实践。通过在社交网络平台上建立图书馆俱乐部,开发信息推送、图书搜索、智能聊天机器人等应用功能,为读者送去各种图书馆服务,以社交网络新模式开展主动服务。

| Abstract: | Social networking service is a new form of library service in the digital network circumstance.This paper introduces the practice of Tsinghua University library in the aspect of integrating library services into social network sites.By creating the library club,developing several applications including information push,book search and smart chat robot and so on,Tsinghua University library provides various services to patrons,and carries out active services in a new social networking mode. |
