| 摘 要： | 基础管理性元数据框架以信息资源生命周期的基础管理环节为切入点,为数字图书馆信息资源的采集、加工、服务构筑了开放性的互操作平台,有利于数字信息资源的无障碍交流与共建、共享、共管。基础管理性元数据框架的构建遵循元数据标准规范的模块化、开放性、互操作性原则,通过管理信息需求的调查、分析,建立了管理性元数据模型与应用机制。
