| 摘 要： | 本文指出信息网络传播权是一种私有财产权利，数字图书馆也有营利性与非营利性的区分，在此基础上探讨了数字图书馆如何受到信息网络传播权的制约，数字图书馆如何采取具体的版权管理应对措施，以达到知识共享扩张与保护私有财产的双赢。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the right of information communication on network is a kind of private property rights, and the digital library can also be differentiated between for- profit and nonprofit. On the basis above, the paper discusses how the development of digital library be restrained by the right of communication of information on networks, and brings up some mexsures of the copyright management for the purposes of protecting private property rights and expanding the sharing of the information resources at the same time. |
