| 摘 要： | 作为文化传播第二次革命的网络通讯技术给现有的著作权保护观念形成了冲击，网络环境下一些传统的概念中呈现了新的内涵，使著作权保护出现了新的课题。本文对其中的三个基本概念：数字化、合理使用、数据库保护及其相关问题从法律的角度进行了分析，提出了新的观点。

| Abstract: | Technology of network service not only brings about the second revolution of cultural transmission but also makes an impact on the existing law of copyright. Traditional concepts in a networking environment take on new connotations and bring about new issues in copyright protection. The paper gives an analysis to the three basic concepts such as digitalization, fair use and database protection, together with other relative issues from the aspect of law system and puts forth the author' s new points of view. |
