| 摘 要： | 利益平衡机制是影响文献信息资源共建共享成败的关键因素之一。文章归纳了三种主要的利益平衡机制模式，深入剖析了各种模式的特征，最后确立了构建合理利益机制的原则，提出应建立包括市场平衡机制、政府平衡机制和社会平衡机制在内的利益平衡机制体系。

| Abstract: | The article thinks that the benefits balanced mechanism has become one of the key factors of documents information resources construction and sharing, sums up three kinds of main benefits balanced mechanism modes, analyses the characteristics of various kinds of modes thoroughly. Finally, the article confirms the principle of the rational benefit balanced mechanism, and thinks we should set up a benefits balanced mechanism system including market balanced mechanism, government balanced mechanism and social balanced mechanism. |
