| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the strategic goal of information organization system in libraries, and makes a.survey of practical innovations in libraries abroad in terms of functions and structures for bibliographic infrastructure. On the basis of learning theories, the paper also presents several ideas for innovations in the information organization system in libraries. |
