| 摘 要： | 企业的生存和发展离不开竞争情报人才，尤其是处在全球经济一体化进程不断加快、情报和信息瞬息万变的大背景下，竞争情报人才在企业中的份量日显突出。然而，纵观我国企业竞争情报人才队伍现状却令人担忧。因此，培养和造就一支能适应21世纪企业竞争需要的复合型竞争情报人才队伍理应得到业界的普遍重视。

| Abstract: | Business enterprises cannot exist and develop without competitive intelligence profession- als,especially,in an environment with changing intelligence and information and uninterrupted and ac- celerated global economic integration.Still,the status quo of competitive intelligence professionals for business enterprises is less than satisfactory in China.Thus,universal importance should be attached to training competent competitive intelligence professionals for business enterprises in the country to meet the demand of enterprise competition in the twenty-first century. |
