| Abstract: | Readers'rights are enshrined in law and their interests are the realization of these rights. This paper analyses the subject part of reader'rights,the content of reader'rights and the protection of reader'rights,in order to draw attention on the legislative process of the national library law and the im- prove ment of the protection of readers'rights. |
