| Abstract: | Library products are the typical positive external public welfare products.It is the common responsibility of the government and the whole society to support and encourage their supply and consumption.Based on analyzing the defects of the model that library products are only supplied by the government,the author suggests the reform measure of the diversified supply of library products. |
