| 摘 要： | 本文总结了主题图书馆服务用户满意度影响因素,并以广州图书馆语言学习馆为研究对象展开实证调查,运用结构方程模型方法研究各影响因素之间的关系。研究发现:专藏资源、馆员服务和主题活动对用户满意度有正向相关关系;主题活动对专藏资源满意度有正向相关关系;空间环境和宣传推广对主题活动满意度有正向相关关系。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the factors that influence the satisfaction of users in theme library services,and takes the Language Learning Library of Guangzhou Library as the research object to carry out an empirical investigation.The results indicate that resources,librarian services and theme activities have positive effects on user satisfaction;theme activities have positive effects on resources;and space environment and promotion have positive effects on theme activities. |
