| 摘 要： | 分析了文献计量学方法以及核心期刊评价指标对学科核心网站评价指标选择的借鉴意义，探讨了由重要搜索引擎被索度、评价平台链接点被访量、专家智能评价、网上用户评价指标构成的、定量与定性相结合的学科核心网站综合评价指标体系及测评方法，提出了建立学科核心网站评价平台(网页)的构思，对于开展学科核心网站评价具有重要的方法论意义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the significance of introducing bibliometric methods and index sys- tems in evaluating kernel academic journals to the choice of evaluation indexes for kernel academic web- sites.It investigates the index systems and methods of evaluating kernel academic websites composed of the accessibility of major search engines,the amount of visitors clicking web links of evaluation,the in- tellectual expert evaluation and the online user evaluation.It proposes a general idea on establishing web evaluation platform for kernel academic websites,which is of importance of methodology to evaluating ker- nel academic websites. |
