| 摘 要： | 图书馆核心价值观是解决图书馆和图书馆员在图书馆生存和发展过程中所出现问题并且不随时间的变化而改变的最重要的信条,它并列,但并不等同于图书馆目标、使命和愿景等,服务、信息自由、文化权利等都不应单独成为图书馆核心价值观的唯一内容.
