| Abstract: | This paper analyzes existing distance of online academic journal development between China and developed coun- tries. Inorder to develop competitive on- line journals and to advance China's academic journal, the author mainly analyses the aspects: technology, strategy and the copyright management under the network environment. These will helpful for our re- search of on- line academic journal. |
