| 摘 要： | 随着以数字信息技术和数字信息资源为依托的数字信息环境的形成,信息资源共享取得了重要进展。与此同时,适应新的信息环境的图书馆合作与信息资源共享机制还没有建立起来,如何实现机制创新成为推进信息资源共享的关键问题。本文主要探讨了图书馆合作与信息资源共享的动力机制、决策机制、信息传递与交流机制、市场机制和利益平衡机制等五个方面的创新问题。
