| 摘 要： | 国外电子期刊的发展已有20年的历史，电子期刊的超文本，超链接及多媒体特性和传统印刷型期刊不大相同，除了省去储存空间，实时传送，提供个人化的期刊外，还提供资料库检索的功能，从资料使用的角度来看，内容庞杂的期刊资料经整理建立数据库后，将方便资料的保存与查询，本文就电子期刊的定义，特色及发展做一初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Electronic journals have been developing for nearly tow decades abroad.The features of hypertext,hyperlink and multimedia of electronic journals are very different from those of traditional journals.Electronic journals not only provide database searching but also save space of information storage.The immediate delivery of electronic information can be individualized.The building-up of database of information horn the vast and diverse sea of materials covered in electronic journals will bound to facilitate information storage and retrieval.The paper aims to dicuss the preliminary definition,features and development of electronic journal. |
