| 摘 要： | 在现实社会中，读者权利屡屡遭受侵害而得不到救济。造成此种原因有很多。本文从权利成本的角度出发，分析读者权利得不到及时有效救济的原因是权利的收益与权利的成本相比不相称造成的。文章最后指出只有降低读者权利成本，读者才能较好的行使读者权。

| Abstract: | In our society, reader' s rights are infringed and can not be redressed, which is caused by many reasons. In this paper, from the point of cost the author presents that the infringement of reader s right is mainly caused by heavy information cost. Finally, many suggestions on how to reduce cost and promote benefit are given. |
