| 摘 要： | 介绍了知识自由的概念和表现类型，认为知识自由有知识发表自由、知识接受自由、知识创造自由、知识组织与服务自由；知识自由的障碍有物理障碍、政治障碍、经济障碍、文化障碍和技术障碍；图书馆是知识自由的社会保障制度，其根据表现在图书馆服务中的公益原则、平等原则和方便原则。

| Abstract: | Firstly introduces the definition of intellectual freedom, which includes freedoms of publication , acceptance, creation, reorganization and library service. Then points out there exist physical, political , economic, cultural and technological barriers. Libraries are institutions with social guarantee of intellectual freedom according to their principles of public good, equality and convenience. |
