| Abstract: | In 21 st century come more remarkable . With contradiction of the library activities with the copyright law beregard to the revision of the copyright law, the dispute between the holders of the copyright and libraries seems never to be able to come to an agreement. This paper explores the revision and enforcement of the newest copyright law in Japan , and further studies their influence on library information service. The author hopes that the library community of China can henefit frnm their exnerience, to better deal with coovright law and library activities. |
