| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，作为城市基层形态的城市社区，既要分担政府和单位分解出来的部分职能，又要保证社区居民的物质和文化生活质量。本文通过对深圳社区图书馆建设成功经验的探讨，对以社区为平台，积极有效地整合图书馆资源，创建社区图书馆，提出了自己的看法。
