| 摘 要： | 网络的迅速发展对校园文化建设产生了深刻的影响。本文论述了高校图书馆与校园文化建设的关系，说明了高校图书馆在校园文化建设过程中不可缺少的作用。从分析网络时代校园文化的新趋势入手，提出了高校图书馆应采取的六种新措施，来拓展校园文化导向功能、充分发挥服务育人的功能，具体包括优化图书馆环境、开发虚拟馆藏、开展系列文化活动、开展网络导读服务、开展个性化信息服务、提高馆员素质。
