| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆图书采购实行招标是一种新的采购模式。本文从法律依据入手,结合实践和发展趋势等,阐述了对图书招标工作意义的理解与认识。通过对目前图书采购招标工作存在的利弊进行了分析,提出了兴利除弊,进而完善高校图书馆图书招标工作的相应对策。
